As the only commercial sales and leasing agent in the region who also has over 20-years experience as an environmental consultant specializing in environmental site assessment (ESAs) and redevelopment of distressed properties, I assist buyers and sellers in making more informed commercial and industrial real estate decisions. I help my clients navigate the environmental risks associated properties and teach them how to use environmental risk as a negotiating tool.

I have professional and technical experience in Hazardous Waste Management, Brownfield’s assessment and remediation, Phase I and II ESAs, SPCC Plans, risk assessments, corrective actions, removal actions, decommissioning, decontamination & demolition services, soil vapor and indoor air quality investigations.

I have specialized in the assessment and voluntary remediation of high-risk large-scale (>500,000 square-foot) manufacturing facilities for redevelopment as industrial parks, including former automotive and aerospace facilities, tool and metal die manufacturing facilities, military installations, and a steel rolling mill. I have also provided general consulting services in the management of industrial parks addressing environmental issues presented to the landowners due to tenant activities including special waste removal, spill events and releases, air quality issues, and regulatory compliance.

I have represented the banking and investment industry in the assessment of commercial properties and timberland (ASTM 2247). Additional Phase I due diligence experience includes automotive storage facilities, oil and gas facilities, and truck-transport maintenance facilities.

I have assisted in establishing RCRA based hazardous waste management programs for industrial facilities as well as been responsible for overseeing the management and disposal of hazardous and special (asbestos, creosote, NORM) waste during numerous renovation and demolition projects in the manufacturing and oil & gas sectors.
