Let me introduce myself, I am Phyllis Pearson Loftin, born and raised in Lake Arthur and a resident of Lake Charles now for over 26 years. I am married to Billy E. Loftin, Jr. and we are the proud parents of 5 children and 2 beautiful grandchildren. As a full time licensed Real Estate Agent, I understand that buying and selling is one of the biggest decisions in my client’s life and I view representation and guidance of my clients through this process as a true privilege.
