Evan Scroggs, SIOR, CCIM has been a high-performing commercial real estate broker for the last 13 years, with over $200 Million in sales and leasing transactions since 2017. In January of 2023, Evan launched Lee & Associates as the Managing Principal and leads the Baton Rouge team and will champion growth across the southeast Louisiana market.

Evan specializes in office and industrial sales and leasing with expertise in landlord and tenant representation for industrial real estate. He regularly represents clients in the evaluation, analysis, and acquisition of industrial, office, and retail assets.

Before joining Lee & Associates, Evan was a top producer at NAI Latter & Blum and increased his sales volume and a number of completed transactions every year since joining the company in June of 2010. He was named "Rookie of the Year" in 2011 and received the Push for the Pin Scholarship in 2012. Evan earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2016 and became an SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) in 2023.

Evan is committed to bringing value to his clients in the form of extensive market knowledge, varied transactional experience, efficient communication, and providing advanced analytics when evaluating a transaction.

In addition to his commercial real estate success, he serves on the East Baton Rouge Parish Planning Commission. He served as President of the Louisiana CCIM Chapter and the Greater Baton Rouge CID. Evan is often the industrial presenter and leads the committee in providing market knowledge and information for the annual Trends seminar. Evan was recognized as CID Member of the Year by GBRAR CID for his service and contributions in 2022.
